What you can expect:
Welcome to Egypt! Your representative will meet you and you will be transferred to the hotel. You have
time to take a rest and the hotel will offer you a welcome drink.
Full-day outing to Sakkara, the vast Necropolis of ancient Memphis. Sakkara has the first Pyramid
and the world’s oldest stone structure. Later drive to Memphis the capital of the ancient kingdom and
one of the most important cities throughout the history of ancient Egypt. Free evening and then you
will travel by sleeper train to Aswan.
Once you arrive in Aswan, Full-day excursion around the city visiting the Temple of Philae, the
Aswan High Dam, and the Unfinished Obelisk. Overnight in Aswan hotel.
Join an orientation cruise around Kitchener and Elephantine Islands. Late afternoon, we catch the
train to Luxor. Arrive in Luxor, meet and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Overnight in Luxor hotel.
Today you will visit the East Bank of Luxor: Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple. Overnight in Luxor hotel.
Day 6: Visit the West Bank of Luxor, Valley of the Kings and Temple of Queen
You will visit the West Bank of Luxor: Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Temple of Queen
Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon. Overnight we will travel by sleeper train back to Cairo.
Day 7: Visit The Citadel of Salah El-Din and Old Cairo
Once you arrived in Cairo, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. Today we are off for a
full-day excursion to Islamic Cairo where the 12th Century Citadel of Salah El-Din stands, within the
walls of the medieval fortress are the Alabaster Mosque and El-Gawhara Palace built by Mohamed
Ali, followed by a visit to Christian Old Cairo where the Romans constructed the fortress of Babylon.
Built over the ruins of the two towers of this fortress, the Church of Saint Mary known by the Hanging
Church. Then drive to the Egyptian Museum where the treasures of King Tut Ankh-amun and most of the pharaohs, overnight in Cairo.
Day 8: Farewell to Egypt
Farewell to Egypt today. Your tour ends after breakfast, then you will be transferred to Cairo
International Airport for final departure.
